Aldi Motherboard MD2000 - BIOS kaputt - Was nun?

Moinsen,<br>mein Vater hat gestern sein Aldi MD2000 BIOS flashen wollen.<br>Wie haben es mit reiner DOS-Disk gestartet und ohen Probs geflasht.<br>Danach ein-/ausgeschaltet und NIX - die HD's laufen kurz an, aber Bild bleibt schwarz.<br>Haben dann den &quot;BIOS-Rückstell-Jumper&quot; auf &quot;Rückstellen gejumpert und wieder zurück - und wieder nix.<br><br>!!!We need your help!!!<br><br>thx<br><br>physman

habe das mal von Shuttle rauskopiert, trifft ja aber auf alle Boards zu:<br><br>If after Bios flash, the system does not boot or give blank screen <br>please remove power cord and clear CMOS, try other DDR/SD-RAM and H/W devices. <br>If still the same then try removing onboard 3V battery for 1~3 min, clear <br>CMOS and retry. Make sure that if you wish to clear CMOS by jumper, please <br>remove power cord first! <br><br>Otherwise if the mainboard is dead please take the original non-performance<br>BIOS to an EEPROM programmer and have the Bios Firmware reprogrammed.

Hi!<br><br>Das Update verwendet awdflash.exe zum updaten. Da gibt es normalerweise eine Recovery-Funktion, um bei Problemen eventuell die Prozedur wiederholen zu können oder das alte BIOS wieder aufspielen.<br><br>Nur leider, falls Du die mitgelieferte Batch verwendet hast, stand dort /Sn statt /Sy. Dadurch wurde leider kein Backup des alten BIOS angefertigt.<br><br>Da die HDDs anlaufen, ist die Recovery-Funktion anscheined noch in Betrieb und mann könnte jetzt mittels der Bootdiskete und der Batch im Blindflug das alte BIOS wieder aufspielen. <br><br>Eventuell ist aber auch nur irgendwas anderes schiefgelaufen. Versuche einfach nochmal die Bootdiskette mit BIOS und Autoexec.bat einzulegen und schaue mal, ob der PC von dieser bootet.<br><br>Der org. Die HD's laufen nur für ca. 1-2 sec. an und stehen dann still.<br>Auf die Floppy kann er auch nicht zugreifen - heb ich schon getestet!<br>Muß er nun das MB nach Medion einschicken, oder gibt es noch was?

Sieht schlecht aus, würde ich sagen. Wenn der BIOS-Chip gesockelt ist, reicht es aus, wenn Du Dir von Medion einen neuen Bios-Chip zuschicken läßt. Gigabyte und Epox machen sowas, bei Medion mußt Du einfach mal nachfragen (kostet ja nix ;D) Dann ersparst Du Dir den Ausbau und Versand des Mainboards. Bestenfalls mußt Du den jetzigen Chip hinschicken...<br>Viel Erfolg!<br><br>
