Gigabyte GA-7VTXE Bios zerschossen?

Hi Leute,

Rechner bringt nach dem booten Fehlermeldung:

CMOS wrong.

Das board hat ein Dual-Bios, das eigentlich jetzt einsetzen müsste. Tut`s aber nicht. Was kann man da tun. Clear CMOS habe ich nicht entdeckt. Gibt`s warscheinlich auch nicht, da ja Dual-BIOS. Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.

I got a gigabyte vxt-p and when I update the biso I got the same mistake as you ...wrong cmos,
I wrote an email to the gigabyte support and they explain :
that the mistake I got at the bootup after the bios update is a normal routine mistake because the motherboard has 2 bios and the new bios is different to the other one saved in the back up eprom,
you need to copy the new bios to the old back up bios,by the dual bios utility,after that when you will boot your pc and it will not diplay anymore wrong cmos .
I suggest to you to before you write the back up bios with the new one to wait few days untill you are sure the new bios is ok with your hardware.
