das ist normal für susa. die greifen in einem projekt eine weile an und widmen sich dann irgendwann wieder dem nächsten. eine nummer 1 in einem bestimmten projekt bedeutet ihnen nicht allzuviel.

Sind doch noch andere da. Ich wechsel z.b. zwischen RCN und QMC und der Ausstoß bei mir sieht doch nicht so schlecht aus. Denke wenn Gefahr in verzug, werden die anderen auch Rechtzeitig wechseln oder switchen.

RCN ist derzeit unser backupprojekt für die rechner, die nicht QMC-stable sind, mehr auch nicht. Deswegen würde ich nicht cruncher von qmc zu gunsten rcn abziehen. QMC ist viel wichtiger. Ich hoffe du verstehst das was ich damit sagen möchte.

IMO, coming from an outsider, I would not trust the recent slowdown of susa in QMC, someone(s) have slowed for one reason or another and make comeback in a day or two at full power.

However, I would not let susa continue to gain ground in RCN. If possible match thier out put as close as possible but not neccessarily out produce them to hold the status quo, until we see thier true intentions.

First priority, after the QMC battle is won, would to be to build a lead that would be hard to overcome (again). Then stop reacting to susa's moves, turn it around, make them react to P3D's moves. Start attacking projects where they are ahead of P3D. Make them defend thier positions. ;)

thats true... So when RCN is the "backup project" I backup it at this time ;D this slow down procedure by susa @ QMC is allso right known here... nothing really new - or to be surprised about it :) I try to my best at RCN right now.. hopefully that i can bring a little more power next week because we're get our new server with 4 cores, could be qmc stable... or not....

You will not be alone on RCN for long. On the way back from a meeting this morning I stopped at the local computer shop and bought the parts to put together another Q6600. Once I get it setup I'll put it on RCN.

Twodee, I do not think that 5 mio would be enough, Susa will be back again and again to challenge us. Maybe not today or tomorrow, maybe not even next week, but at sometime (a month or two perhaps) they will be back.

Look for them to make a move on APS@Home and ABC@Home soon too. ;)
