New client release - POEM 1.00

Es gibt mal was neues bei POEM!


Hi everybody

In preparation for the project we will crunch during the POEM benefiz crunching, there is a new client release today, which adds two things on the scientific side:

a) better handling of small peptides
and
b) extraction of hydrophobic surfaces on a per-residue basis during the simulation
(and some fixes^^).

There will be information about the project itself on monday, stay tuned. Workunits connected with this project will run under the workunit name "peptide".

und für die Freunde der deutschen Sprache...

Hallo zusammen,

in Anbetracht des POEM-Benefiz releasen wir heute einen neuen Client. Auf der wissenschaftlichen Seite haben wir zwei neue Features implementiert:

a) ein besseres Handling kurzer Peptide
und
b) eine Möglichkeit der Extraktion hydrophober Oberflächen auf einer pro-Aminosäure Basis.

Das ganze wird uns bei dem Projekt, welches wir nun beim Benefiz durchführen wollen sehr helfen. Das Projekt wird unter dem Workunitnamen "peptide" laufen und am Montag auf der Webseite vorgestellt werden.
