Projektnews Poem@Home: CASP 9 starts

Also in 2010 POEM@HOME will participate in CASP. The first CASP workunits are from Target T517, where we try to fold a part of the protein (a three helix bundle) with POEM@HOME and merge it with another part created using homology information. The first week of CASP had only easy targets. The next weeks (especially June/July will bring more difficult targets according to the CASP commitee. CASP information link
