Als einzige größere Neuerung bietet die neue Version erstmals Unterstützung für OpenGL ES 2.0. Derzeit werden die Distributionen Red Hat Enterprise Linux suite, Novell/SuSE product suite und Ubuntu offiziell unterstützt. Es existiert aber bereits ein 8.782RC2 vom 5. Oktober der die neue Serie unterstützt.

Das klingt gut, aber der neue 10.10 Catalyst ist doch schon 8.783 ??
Edit: Aber vor einem Kauf werde ich wohl sowieso noch die Tests der 6900er abwarten - also würde auch der Cat 11.10 für mich reichen.
