Der RBE ist ein nützliches Tool von Techpowerup, dem Entwickler von GPU-Z, mit dem sich bestimmte Parameter der BIOS-Datei von AMD/ATI Radeon Grafikkarten modifizieren lassen, ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf den Einstellungen für die Taktraten und das Lüfterverhalten. Die vielen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten erlauben eine individuelle Anpassung der Grafikkarte an die eigenen Bedürfnisse. Da falsche Einstellungen zu Defekten führen können, sollte das Tool nur von erfahrenen Nutzern benutzt werden. Signatures can also be extracted and saved to a file.</li><li>Will make the annoying spin up bug some cards have vanish.</li><li>Enables superior PowerPlay.</li><li>Contains a profile editor for accessing hidden CCC panel features.</li><li>Acquires and flashes BIOSes all from within RBE using the built-in WinFlash interface.</li></ul>
