Download AMD Catalyst 10.12 CAP2

<div class="newsfloatleft"><img src="http://www.planet3dnow.de/photoplog/images/54308/1_AMD-Catalyst-Software.png" border="0" alt="AMD Catalyst Software"></div>AMD hat ein Update des AMD Catalyst Application Profiles (CAP) veröffentlicht. Seit dem <a href="http://www.planet3dnow.de/cgi-bin/newspub/viewnews.cgi?id=1266436878" target="b">ATI Catalyst 10.2</a> hat AMD die ATI CrossFireX Application Profiles aus dem eigentlichen Treiber herausgelöst, sodass Updates dieser Profile wesentlich schneller den Kunden zugänglich gemacht werden können. Mit den monatlich veröffentlichten AMD-Catalyst-Treiberpaketen wird wie bisher das zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung aktuellste CAP (Catalyst Application Profile) ausgeliefert. In den <a href="http://www.planet3dnow.de/cgi-bin/newspub/viewnews.cgi?id=1292238229">künftig im wöchentlichen Rhythmus</a> erscheinenden Updates sind jeweils auch sämtliche vorangegangenen Änderungen enthalten. Um die installierten Anwendungsprofile auf dem aktuellsten Stand zu halten, müssen Besitzer von AMD-Radeon-Grafikkarten demnach lediglich das aktuellste CAP-Update installieren. Anfang Oktober hat AMD damit begonnen die vorgenommenen Änderungen an den Profilen zentral zu dokumentieren.
