Hallo, ich wollte nur mal wissen, ob das Board XP kompatibel ist, oder gibt es da ne Liste??

ja, das handelt von der neuen 3.0 revision, die hat den kt133a chip...

welche revision hast du denn?!

schau mal, was in deinem handbuch steht oder lies den chipsatz mit sandra aus...

Keine Ahnung welche Revison das ist, is das Board von nem Freund, und er will sich halt n Athlon XP zulegen, nur er will wissen, ob er gleich ein Board mitkaufen soll.
Aber trozdem THX für die hilfe
PS: es gibt auch Board mit KT133A chipsatz die den Athlon XP NICHT unterstützen!

ja, das ist aber eher selten, eigentlich nur, wenn der hersteller kein kompatibles bios veröffentlicht...

schau mal in das handbuch, was da in der beschreibung steht...

Die Boardrevision ist zu erkennen wenn :
1) auf das Board geschaut wird
2) anhand der Versionskennung des Bios - Rev 1.x hat Biosversionen bis 1.2 und 3.x hat 3.0 bis 3.6a(+ein 4/2002 Betabios)
