(Habe das ganze MP gedingse net so verfolgt, warte ja auf meinen geliebten Hammer!

Ist der Athlon MP als Singleprozessor auf einem Single-Sockel-A-Board einsetzbar?

Denn dann wäre der MP Thorougb. B oder der MP Barton ja ein idealer Aufrüstprozessor für FSB266-Mainboards (ich habe ein Gigabyte GA-7DXR+ mit AMD760/VIA-Chipsatz).

Ja...echt schade dass es keine vernünftigen Chipsätze gibt!
Der AMD scheint ja ein wenig verbugt zu sein...und 266er DDR is halt auch nimmer aktuell...sonst könnt ich mir überlegen mir n Dual-System zu bauen.

Habe bis jetzt immer nur gehört dass das ganze sehr stabil sei...
Kann zwar bis jetzt nur von Systemen mit dem MSI K7D-Master Board sprechen.
