Es ist raus!

On Tuesday, Epic Games will be releasing Unreal Tournament 2004 Mega Pack! This new bonus pack includes five assault levels, two deathmatch levels, and two capture the flag levels. In addition, the Mega Pack contains all the ECE bonus pack content, as well as the latest (3369) patch - everything you need to make sure your UT2004 install has all the latest official content.

In der Zwischenzeit auch einiges angespielt.
ons-Maps sind leider keine neuen dabei, aber da waren im Bonuspack ja schon einige dabei.
Die von mir bis jetzt angespielten maps fand ich gelungen.
Eine nette Zwischenmahlzeit während des fiebrigen Erwartens von ut07...

UT2004 MegaPack

The UT2004 MegaPack - an early Merry Christmas from the folks at Epic Games and a thank you to all of the Unreal Tournament 2004 owners out there. This long-rumoured and surprise pack is comprised of a number of Make Something Unreal Contest winners and a handful of unreleased maps from contracted level designers.

Not content to just zip a nonet of third party maps, Epic took these promising maps and helped polish them to a shine. If you've played an earlier version of any of these maps, you'll find most of them altered a good deal. In this feature we'll serve up a few screenshots and a description of what's in store.

If you're new to Unreal Tournament 2004 or just don't have the Editor's Choice Edition downloadable content, you'll want to download the full MegaPack above, as it includes the latest patch and the Editor's Choice Edition assets that many third part add-ons require.

Check out our review of the Editor's Choice Edition for all of the details on the characters, vehicles, and Onslaught maps that it brings to the table.

OT:

Ich spiele immer noch UT99.
Die 2003er Version ist megamies und die 2004er hab ich leider nicht. Muss ich mir wohl mal kaufen. Kostet ja nur 15€ oder so.

Aber UT99 spielen immer noch erstaunlich viele Leute und es macht immer noch einen riesen Spass. Alle halbe Jahr krame ich es hervor und freue mich jedesmal wie ein kleines Kind wenn ich noch Mitspieler online finde.

Hoffe das die Masterserver in absehbarer Zeit nicht abgeschlatet werden, oder man dann den Quellcode frei gibt und sich Leute finden die einen anderen Masterserver betreiben und durch einen Patch das spielen weiterhin ermöglichen. UT99 for ever!!!!

@-scallywag- es lohnt sich wirklich, habe selber auch die "grottenschlechte" 2003 Version, keine Ahnung aber 2004 ist um Welten besser

Die 15€ sind gut investiert!

Mir fällt kein Spiel ein, in das man sein Geld besser investieren könnte.
