This tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy pro\u00advi\u00addes more pro\u00adces\u00adsing power for data cen\u00adters, net\u00adwor\u00adking, pre\u00admi\u00adum mobi\u00adle pro\u00adces\u00adsors, and deep lear\u00adning applications.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"caps\">GLOBALFOUNDRIES<\/span>\u2019 new 7nm Fin\u00adFET tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy is expec\u00adted to deli\u00adver more than twice the logic den\u00adsi\u00adty and a 30 per\u00adcent per\u00adfor\u00admance boost com\u00adpared to today\u2019s 16\/14nm foundry Fin\u00adFET offe\u00adrings. The plat\u00adform is based on an indus\u00adtry-stan\u00addard Fin\u00adFET tran\u00adsis\u00adtor archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre and opti\u00adcal litho\u00adgra\u00adphy, with <span class=\"caps\">EUV<\/span> com\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty at key levels.
