Mor\u00adgan Glo\u00adbal Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy, Media and Tele\u00adcom Con\u00adfe\u00adrence am 22.05.2017 wei\u00adte\u00adre Details zur geplan\u00adten Chip\u00adfer\u00adti\u00adgung in 7 nm genannt. Wie wir bereits letz\u00adte Woche berich\u00adte\u00adten, steht auf der AMD-Road\u00admap nach der Vor\u00adstel\u00adlung der ers\u00adten Zen-CPU im M\u00e4rz die\u00adsen Jah\u00adres noch Zen+ in einer ver\u00adbes\u00adser\u00adten \u201c14nm++\u201d genann\u00adten Fer\u00adti\u00adgung an. Damit d\u00fcrf\u00adte der Sum\u00admit-Ridge-Nach\u00adfol\u00adger Pin\u00adna\u00adcle Ridge gemeint gewe\u00adsen sein. Zen 2 und Zen 3 sind jedoch bereits in 7 nm vor\u00adge\u00adse\u00adhen, Zen 2 als Ein\u00adstieg, Zen 3 bereits in einem opti\u00admier\u00adten \u201c7nm++\u201d Ver\u00adfah\u00adren. Mor\u00adgan Glo\u00adbal Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy, Media and Tele\u00adcom Con\u00adfe\u00adrence hat AMD-Che\u00adfin Dr. Lisa Su n\u00e4he\u00adre Details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forum-3dcenter.org\/vbulletin\/showthread.php?p=11383018#post11383018\" target=\"_blank\">genannt<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"dquo\">\u201c<\/span>Our goal is to be very com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adti\u00adve in terms of our long-term road\u00admap. If you look at the foundry\u2019s 7nm road\u00admap com\u00adpared to some of the other tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies out the\u00adre it\u2019s actual\u00adly real\u00adly com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adti\u00adve. I think the gap bet\u00adween the foundry road\u00admap and the Intel road\u00admap has got\u00adten a lot clo\u00adser. <strong>Our goal is to be aggres\u00adsi\u00adve with 7nm tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy. We will be doing tape outs later this year<\/strong> and as we get clo\u00adser to pro\u00adduc\u00adtion will give more insights the\u00adre. Das sind nat\u00fcr\u00adlich noch kei\u00adne fina\u00adlen Samples, soll\u00adten aber lauf\u00adf\u00e4\u00adhig sein und die\u00adnen zum Debug\u00adging und zur Opti\u00admie\u00adrung des Pro\u00adzes\u00adses. Zum Ver\u00adgleich: Sum\u00admit Ridge soll im Janu\u00adar 2016 sei\u00adnen Tape-Out gehabt haben, die Markt\u00adein\u00adf\u00fch\u00adrung des fina\u00adlen Pro\u00addukts war im M\u00e4rz 2017.
