Der Pro\u00adzes\u00adsor basiert auf der Zen-Mikro\u00adar\u00adchi\u00adtek\u00adtur und wird in einem 14-nm-Fer\u00adti\u00adgungs\u00adpro\u00adzess bei Glo\u00adbal\u00adFound\u00adries her\u00adge\u00adstellt.
