Swan, 58, who has been ser\u00adving as Intel\u2019s inte\u00adrim CEO<\/span> for seven months and as chief finan\u00adcial offi\u00adcer sin\u00adce 2016, is the seventh CEO<\/span> in Intel\u2019s 50-year histo\u00adry. Swan has also been elec\u00adted to Intel\u2019s board of directors.<\/p>\n

Todd Under\u00adwood<\/a>, vice pre\u00adsi\u00addent of Finan\u00adce and direc\u00adtor of Intel\u2019s Cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adte Plan\u00adning and Report\u00ading, will assu\u00adme the role of inte\u00adrim chief finan\u00adcial offi\u00adcer as the com\u00adpa\u00adny under\u00adta\u00adkes an inter\u00adnal and exter\u00adnal search for a per\u00adma\u00adnent CFO<\/span>.<\/p>\n
