So sim\u00adply open the edi\u00adtor (eit\u00adher press <span class=\"caps\">VF<\/span> edi\u00adtor but\u00adton in the skin next to core clock slider or&nbsp;<strong>hit &lt;Ctrl&gt;+&lt;F&gt;<\/strong>&nbsp;key\u00adboard short\u00adcut to open the edi\u00adtor) and you\u2019ll be able&nbsp;<strong>to adjust vol\u00adta\u00adge<\/strong>&nbsp;there.<\/li>\n<li>Tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtu\u00adre limit slider is also sup\u00adpo\u00adsed to be locked by design on <span class=\"caps\">RVII<\/span>, it was a part of old <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> fan con\u00adtrol algo\u00adrithm. It is gone with Adre\u00adna\u00adlin 2019 dri\u00advers fami\u00adly when fan cur\u00adve adjus\u00adt\u00adment approach was intro\u00addu\u00adced by <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span>. So it is no lon\u00adger adjus\u00adta\u00adble in <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> dri\u00adver and sup\u00adpo\u00adsed to be locked now.<\/li>\n<li>Voltage\/frequency edi\u00adtor is allo\u00adwing you to adjust fre\u00adquen\u00adci\u00ades and vol\u00adta\u00adges inde\u00adpendent\u00adly for all 3 V\/F cur\u00adve points (or 3 P\u2011States), howe\u00adver <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> dri\u00adver and <span class=\"caps\">RVII<\/span> archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre put some rest\u00adric\u00adtions on the cur\u00adve editing approach. So the cur\u00adve will be cor\u00adrec\u00adted accor\u00adding to the fol\u00adlo\u00adwing limi\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons when you app\u00adly&nbsp;it:&nbsp;<ul>\n<li>You can adjust the fre\u00adquen\u00adcy inde\u00adpendent\u00adly for the first and the last point only. Midd\u00adle point fre\u00adquen\u00adcy can\u00adnot be adjus\u00adted inde\u00adpendent\u00adly, fre\u00adquen\u00adci\u00ades are always line\u00adar\u00adly inter\u00adpo\u00adla\u00adted from the first point to the last point. So if you try to adjust fre\u00adquen\u00adcy for the midd\u00adle point, it will be cor\u00adrec\u00adted accor\u00adding to inter\u00adpo\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon rule men\u00adtio\u00adned abo\u00adve right after app\u00adly\u00ading new settings<\/li>\n<li>Unli\u00adke the fre\u00adquen\u00adci\u00ades, you can inde\u00adpendent\u00adly adjust vol\u00adta\u00adges for all 3 points<\/li>\n<li>You can\u00adnot set fre\u00adquen\u00adci\u00ades and vol\u00adta\u00adges below the mini\u00admum (which is rather strict and very clo\u00adse to default). This puts some limi\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons on lower P\u2011State downclocking\/downvolting<\/li>\n<li>2 <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtures dis\u00adplay\u00aded by <span class=\"caps\">MSI<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">AB<\/span> hard\u00adware moni\u00adto\u00adring modu\u00adle are map\u00adped to edge and junc\u00adtion tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtures. 4 dis\u00adplay\u00aded <span class=\"caps\">VRM<\/span> tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtures are map\u00adped to core <span class=\"caps\">VRM<\/span>, <span class=\"caps\">SOC<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">VRM<\/span> and 2 memo\u00adry <span class=\"caps\">VRM<\/span> sen\u00adsors. <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span>\u2019s fan cur\u00adve is using junc\u00adtion tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtu\u00adre for their fan speed adjus\u00adt\u00adment. I\u2019m not sure if it is real\u00adly good idea becau\u00adse it is sky\u00adro\u00adcke\u00adting to <span class=\"caps\">100C<\/span> area pret\u00adty rapidly when <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> is busy, that\u2019s actual\u00adly direct reason why <span class=\"caps\">RVII<\/span> coo\u00adling is so loud by default. Oppo\u00adsing to that, <span class=\"caps\">MSI<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">AB<\/span>\u2019s soft\u00adware fan cur\u00adve imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon is still using tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal edge tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtu\u00adre sen\u00adsor. Pro\u00adba\u00adb\u00adly I\u2019ll add an abili\u00adty to sel\u00adect input ther\u00admal sen\u00adsor for soft\u00adware fan cur\u00adve adjus\u00adt\u00adment in future ver\u00adsi\u00adons, but honest\u00adly I\u2019m not sure if it worth the efforts<\/li>\n<li>Curr\u00adent\u00adly <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span>\u2019s own <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> usa\u00adge sen\u00adsor is suf\u00adfe\u00adring from pret\u00adty bad 0%-&gt;100%-&gt;0% fluc\u00adtua\u00adtions. Simi\u00adlar issues affec\u00adted some old GPUs in the past but it is much worse on <span class=\"caps\">RVII<\/span> now. I belie\u00adve that it is what they mean with \u201cPer\u00adfor\u00admance metrics over\u00adlay and Rade\u00adon Watt\u00adMan gau\u00adges may expe\u00adri\u00adence inac\u00adcu\u00adra\u00adte fluc\u00adtua\u00adting rea\u00addings on <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> Rade\u00adon <span class=\"caps\">VII<\/span>\u201d in the driver\u2019s known issues, so the\u00adre is a hope to see a fix from <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> in future. I remind you that it is pos\u00adsi\u00adble to get rid of such fluc\u00adtua\u00adtions via enab\u00adling uni\u00adfied <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> usa\u00adge moni\u00adto\u00adring in <span class=\"caps\">MSI<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">AB<\/span> pro\u00adper\u00adties, howe\u00adver this opti\u00adon depends on DirectX <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> usa\u00adge per\u00adfor\u00admance coun\u00adter and this coun\u00adter requi\u00adres <span class=\"caps\">OS<\/span> and dis\u00adplay dri\u00adver <span class=\"caps\">WDDM<\/span> ver\u00adsi\u00adons to match. Cur\u00adrent <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> dri\u00advers are tar\u00adge\u00adted to <span class=\"caps\">WDDM<\/span> 2.5 <span class=\"caps\">OS<\/span> (Octo\u00adber Update), so this opti\u00adon will only help you if you have 1809 <span class=\"caps\">OS<\/span> ver\u00adsi\u00adon instal\u00adled.
