Pur\u00adsu\u00adant to the agree\u00adment, <span class=\"caps\">NVIDIA<\/span> will acqui\u00adre all of the issued and out\u00adstan\u00adding com\u00admon shares of Mel\u00adlan\u00adox for $125 per share in cash, repre\u00adsen\u00adting a total enter\u00adpri\u00adse value of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adate\u00adly $6.9 bil\u00adli\u00adon.
