In die\u00adsem Bereich hat <span class=\"caps\">TSMC<\/span> n\u00e4m\u00adlich extrem auf\u00adge\u00adholt und kann SRAM-Bit\u00adzel\u00adlen auf einer Fl\u00e4\u00adche von 0,027 \u00b5m\u00b2 ver\u00adwirk\u00adli\u00adchen.
