Er spricht dabei von einem 7\u2011nm-Pro\u00adzess der zwei\u00adten Gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon, der bis\u00adlang unter der Bezeich\u00adnung <span class=\"caps\">N7P<\/span> fir\u00admier\u00adte und bei dem bis\u00adlang nicht klar war, wann er Ein\u00adzug in die Mas\u00adsen\u00adpro\u00adduk\u00adti\u00adon&nbsp;h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span class=\"caps\">TSMC<\/span> 5 nm \u2014 Massenproduktion im M\u00e4rz&nbsp;2020?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bei <span class=\"caps\">TSMC<\/span> lau\u00adfen momen\u00adtan vie\u00adle ver\u00adschie\u00adde\u00adne Fer\u00adti\u00adgungs\u00adpro\u00adzes\u00adse zeit\u00adgleich, dabei unter\u00adschei\u00addet man zus\u00e4tz\u00adlich in Risi\u00adko- und Mas\u00adsen\u00adpro\u00adduk\u00adti\u00adon. Ers\u00adte\u00adre fin\u00addet statt, wenn ein Pro\u00adzess sehr neu ist, sich aber die Aus\u00adbeu\u00adte bereits f\u00fcr ers\u00adte fina\u00adle Pro\u00adduk\u00adte rech\u00adnet. In Betracht zie\u00adhen muss man dabei aller\u00addings noch, dass man dann meis\u00adtens mit der Fer\u00adti\u00adgung von Pro\u00adduk\u00adten im Low-Power-Per\u00adfor\u00admance-Bereich star\u00adtet. Ein klas\u00adsi\u00adsches Bei\u00adspiel daf\u00fcr sind Elek\u00adtro\u00adnik\u00adchips f\u00fcr Mobiltelefone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ein\u00adbe\u00adrech\u00adnen muss man dabei noch zus\u00e4tz\u00adlich, dass die Namen der Fer\u00adti\u00adgungs\u00adpro\u00adzes\u00adse gera\u00adde im Ver\u00adgleich zu ande\u00adren Fir\u00admen (Intel, Sam\u00adsung) meis\u00adtens eher dem Mar\u00adke\u00adting ent\u00adsprin\u00adgen und nicht direkt ver\u00adgleich\u00adbar sind. Gleich\u00adzei\u00adtig soll der Ener\u00adgie\u00adbe\u00addarf um 10 Pro\u00adzent sinken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Damit wird die\u00adser Pro\u00adzess zumin\u00addest im Low-Power-Per\u00adfor\u00admance-Bereich ein\u00adge\u00adsetzt, ob <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> in naher Zukunft davon pro\u00adfi\u00adtie\u00adren kann ist aller\u00addings nicht klar, da die Pro\u00adzes\u00adso\u00adren im High-Per\u00adfor\u00admance-Pro\u00adzess gefer\u00adtigt wer\u00adden.
