The 25 TSMC<\/span> patents in the com\u00adplaints rela\u00adte to a diver\u00adse set of tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies, inclu\u00adding Fin\u00adFET designs, shal\u00adlow trench iso\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon tech\u00adni\u00adques, dou\u00adble pat\u00adter\u00adning methods, advan\u00adced seal rings and gate struc\u00adtures, and inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve cont\u00adact etch stop lay\u00ader designs. The\u00adse spe\u00adci\u00adfic tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies cover the core fea\u00adtures of matu\u00adre and advan\u00adced semi\u00adcon\u00adduc\u00adtor manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring pro\u00adces\u00adses.
