When the expan\u00adsi\u00adon is com\u00adple\u00adte, Hor\u00adnet will have a peak per\u00adfor\u00admance of more than seven peta\u00adflops (qua\u00addril\u00adli\u00adon mathe\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcal cal\u00adcu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons per second) of high per\u00adfor\u00admance com\u00adpu\u00adting (HPC<\/span>) power and 2.3 peta\u00adbytes of addi\u00adtio\u00adnal Cray file sys\u00adtem sto\u00adrage for Lust\u00adre (CLFS<\/span>).<\/p>\n

The Cray XC30<\/span> super\u00adcom\u00adpu\u00adter at HLRS<\/span> will ser\u00adve as a super\u00adcom\u00adpu\u00adting resour\u00adce for rese\u00adar\u00adchers, sci\u00aden\u00adtists and engi\u00adneers throug\u00adhout Euro\u00adpe.
