Dies ist zugleich der Grund, wes\u00adhalb die der\u00adzei\u00adti\u00adge \u201cFrame-Pacing\u201d-Implementierung zur Bek\u00e4mp\u00adfung von Mikroruck\u00adlern kei\u00adne h\u00f6he\u00adren Auf\u00adl\u00f6\u00adsun\u00adgen unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die <span class=\"caps\">XDMA<\/span> getauf\u00adte neue Funk\u00adti\u00adons\u00adein\u00adheit soll laut <span class=\"caps\">AMD<\/span> einen geord\u00adne\u00adten, direk\u00adten Daten\u00adaus\u00adtausch zwi\u00adschen den GPUs einer Cross\u00adFi\u00adre-Kon\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon \u00fcber den PCIe-Bus sicher\u00adstel\u00adlen. <span class=\"caps\">XDMA<\/span> nutzt hier\u00adf\u00fcr Spei\u00adcher\u00addi\u00adrekt\u00adzu\u00adgrif\u00adfe (Direct Memo\u00adry Access), \u00fcber die die zwei\u00adte (und ggf. drit\u00adte und vier\u00adte) <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> ihre fer\u00adtig berech\u00adne\u00adten Bild\u00adda\u00adten direkt an einen klei\u00adnen Spei\u00adcher\u00adbe\u00adreich im Dis\u00adplay-Block der pri\u00adm\u00e4\u00adren <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> sen\u00addet. Die\u00adse Daten wer\u00adden dann von der Dis\u00adplay-Engi\u00adne gele\u00adsen und an die Bild\u00adschir\u00adme aus\u00adge\u00adge\u00adben. All dies geschieht ohne Inter\u00adak\u00adti\u00adon mit der <span class=\"caps\">CPU<\/span> oder unn\u00f6\u00adti\u00adges Umher\u00adko\u00adpie\u00adren zwi\u00adschen den GPUs und dem Arbeits\u00adspei\u00adcher. Die neue XDMA-Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgie soll gegen\u00ad\u00fcber der Ver\u00adwen\u00addung von Cross\u00adFi\u00adre-Br\u00fc\u00adcken kei\u00adne Nach\u00adtei\u00adle hin\u00adsicht\u00adlich der Ska\u00adlie\u00adrung haben. Zwar muss \u00fcber den glei\u00adchen Bus auch die Kom\u00admu\u00adni\u00adka\u00adti\u00adon zwi\u00adschen <span class=\"caps\">CPU<\/span> und <span class=\"caps\">GPU<\/span> ablau\u00adfen, den\u00adnoch soll\u00adte die ver\u00adf\u00fcg\u00adba\u00adre Band\u00adbrei\u00adte mehr als aus\u00adrei\u00adchend sein.
