I have Hard Disc Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 60, which is recognized incorrectly in BIOS and so seems to have damaged controller. I have some important data on it, so my idea is to buy another HDD on eBay, and use controller from it to recover.
By I didn't find any offer with HDD as mine, but there are many ones like "60 GB Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9". So my question is - are their controllers compatible with mine? Or you can suggest smth else (e.g.another hard discs)?

Ich habe eine HDD Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 60, und sie ist nicht richtig erkennen mit BIOS, und wahrscheinlich hat defekt Controller. Disk enthalt wichtige Daten und meine Idee ist eine andere Disk an eBay kaufen, und benutzen ihr Controller.
Aber ich have kein HDD vie meine gefunden. Aber da sind sehr viel wie "60 GB Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9".
So meine frage ist - sind sie compatibel mit meine?
