Techhard hat sich auf das neue KT266A Mainboard von Gigabyte gestürzt und einem ausgiebigen Test unterzogen. Hier ein kurzer Auszug:
Aanother KT266A chipset based board but this time from Gigabyte. Equipped with VIA KT266A(VT8366A) system controller north bridge, VIA VT8233 V-Link south bridge, Creative CT-5880 sound chip and AC97 Codec, Realtek 8100 10/100Mb LAN chip, Support for PC1600/DDR200 or PC2100/DDR266 DDR memory, Dual BIOS, 2 x 2M bit flash ROM, enhanced ACPI feature for PC98/Win98/Win2000 compliance, Green, PnP, DMI, INT13 (>8.4GB) and Anti-Virus functions the board is really going to splash the market.

The main problem I faced with this motherboard was that when I tried to load another BIOS version from the same manufacture The system was stopped in middle of the process.
Wie es dazu gekommen ist, könnt Ihr in aller Ruhe im Artikel nachlesen...
