Das RightMark CPU Clock Utility, welches sich zur automatischen Anpassung der Taktrate von CPUs verwenden lässt, ist in einer aktualisierten Version veröffentlicht worden.

Das Tool erlaubt u.a. für jeden Multiplikator das freie Einstellen einer Corespannung und über Profile gesteuert die dynamische Anpassung der Taktrate. Damit lässt sich besonders bei Notebooks im Akkubetrieb Strom sparen und die Temperatur senken, aber auch Desktop-PCs profitieren von niedrigeren Temperaturen und minimiertem Verbrauch.

Wie immer gelungen!°
Funktioniert unter Vista 64bit
 
Bei mir funktioniert die 2.25er Version nicht automatisch, muss im Windows immer manuell auf Performance on Demand klicken.

Nun habe ich wieder die 2.15er Version und da klappt alles wunderbar.

persönlich lade ich immer die Defaults unter:
Managment
No Managment
Power Saving
Maximal Performance
Performance on Demand
jeweils natürlich mit Apply bestätigen.

Unter Managment noch
Show taskbar butten...
Make application minimized...
Run application automatically...
jeweils einen Haken setzen und Apply.

In der Taskbar dann mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Zahnrad und unter Current Profile Performance on Demand wählen.

In den Eigenschaften unter Bildschirmschoner/Energieverwaltung sollte nun unter Schema RMClock Power Managment stehen.

Manche User hatten Probleme wenn sie im Bios Cool & Quiet deaktiviert hatten, zumindest bei mir ist diese Einstellung in dem Zusammenhang völlig wirkungslos, gilt ja aber eh nur für AMD.

Generell empfiehlt es sich den Vcore mit dem im Bios abzugleichen, meist passt die oben genannte Vorgehensweise aber schon.

Wie gesagt gilt für AMD, bei Intel bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher, aber kannst es ja erst mal so versuchen...
