News Asus mit neuen Mainboards für AMD

Mit der M4 Serie hat Asus insgesamt acht neue Mainboards für AMD Prozessoren angekündigt, die unter anderem auch die kommenden AM3 Prozessoren unterstützen. Allerdings wird nur auf zwei Mainboards DDR3-Speicher eingesetzt werden können.

Fünf der acht Mainboards sind mit Chipsätzen von AMD ausgestattet. Unter den drei Mainboards mit Chipsätzen von NVIDIA wird der bislang noch nicht offiziell vorgestellte nForce 980a SLI Chipsatz aufgeführt. Allerdings könnte es sich dabei auch um einen Tippfehler handeln und der 780a SLI gemeint sein.

790GX+SB750 ist sicherlich eine gute Kombination......Spannend wird es bei den Preisen für M4A79T Deluxe und M4A78T-E sind doch beide für die neuen AM3 Prozessoren.....

Früher war ich mal Asus-versessen, nu ist das nicht mehr so. Aber vll, wenn sie mal ein gutes Highend-Board für AMD rausbringen, werde ich nochmal schwach, .
Bei einem Freund werkelte das ASUS M3A78-T, glaube ich, zwei Monate, dann kam es zu Ebay. Machte ihm - nein, er wollte nicht das ich das nachschaue - zu viele Zicken.
Naja.

Das ist der neue Nvidia Chipsatz MCP82.

Oh Mann die neuen NV Chipsätze können immer noch keinen bitstream Ton.
Schwach schwach.

Ich frage mich wieso die Videoengine Purevideo HD heisst.

Damit kann man wohl keine NV's mehr kaufen, wenn man an HTPC's interessiert ist.

Kann nicht, da keine IGP. Ausserdem würden die dann wohl analog zu den neuen Intel 9000er Chipsätzen benannt werden.

mein letztes ASUS board habe ich am nächsten tag schon rausgeworfen weils so ein schrott war.
bei AMD boards von asus muss man echt vorsichtig sein und tests von usern abwarten.

asus boards für intel sind hui aber für amd pfui.

Die Aussage halte ich für sehr pauschaliert.

Ich hab vor kurzem das Asus M3A-H/HDMI und M3N-H/HDMI verbaut. Bis auf ein kleines Bios-Prob beim M3N, das mit einem schon erhältlichen Update beseitigt wurde, sind beide Boards einwandfrei. Die Lüftersteuerung beim M3N ist genial und deutlich besser als bei Gigabyte, das die Lüfter schneller hochdrehen läßt und nur 4-pol steuert.

Mein Gigabyte GA-MA78G-DS3H hat eine für mich bessere Steckplatzanordnung, aber die Soundprobleme nerven mich schon lange.

Mein nächstes gibt deshalb wohl kein Gigabyte

Das ASUS M4A79 Deluxe mit 2Slots DDR2 Ram und 2 Slots DDR3 RAM als Combo, und ich hätte mir es sofort gekauft...

Ich denke aber das ASUS M4A 79 >T< Deluxe wird ein gutes Mobo...Wäre ja dann praktisch das dritte in der Serie mit fast identischem Aufbau und könnte dann vom Start weg mehr ausgereift sein...
