Der kostenlose Audio Player AIMP ist in der neuen Version 2.60 Build 551 verfügbar. Das Projekt des russischen Entwicklers Artyom Izmajlov orientiert sich stark an <a href="http://www.planet3dnow.de/cgi-bin/newspub/viewnews.cgi?category=2&id=1264039864">Winamp</a>, kommt jedoch viel schlanker daher. AIMP kann zwar keine Videos abspielen, unterstützt jedoch die gängigsten Audio-Formate. Das Programm unterstützt viele Sprachen, u.a. Deutsch, und sollte diese bei der Installation erkennen. Mit der neuen Version wurden einige Fehler behoben.
AIMP läuft unter Windows ab Windows 2000.

Ich sag mal danke für den Hinweis und auch Danke das AIMP2 mal erwähnt wird in einer News.
Ich nutze das Teil schon länger und hatte bist jetzt keine Probleme mit dem Player.
Er ist klein er spielt Musik ab, er kann seit neuestem im "All in One" Skin auch Cover anzeigen und da reicht es wenn die Cover JPG im selben Ordner ist wie die MP3 zu denen es gehören soll.
Ich nutze das Teil schon länger und hatte bist jetzt keine Probleme mit dem Player.

Dann habe ich was verpasst bei den News. Macht aber nichts.
Winamp konnte ja auch Videos abspielen das war manchmal nicht schlecht, aber lieber habe ich 2/3 Tools für die Sachen die alle sehr klein sind und optimiert als ein Monster mit a vielen Löchern und Fehlern und b unoptimiert und Ressourcenfressend.
