Diese Version ist ein Bugfix-Release und behebt eine größere Anzahl an Fehlern.

Die Open Source Edition der Software kann, wie der Name vermuten lässt, als Source heruntergeladen werden, sie enthält allerdings nicht alle Funktionen der Closed Source Variante. Genaueres kann man auf der <a href="http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Editions" target="b">Projekt-Seite</a> nachlesen.

VirtualBox ist für Windows, Mac OS X, Linux und Solaris verfügbar. Zu den unterstützten Gastsystemen zählen neben Windows, Mac OS X, Linux und Solaris auch OS/2, DOS und einige BSD-Derivate.<p style="clear:left">

Nachdem in der ersten Zeile steht non-VT-x == AMD-V, bedeutet das damit, dass das neue "VT-x" Feature nur auf Intel CPUs läuft ?
Oder bezieht sich das "non" auch noch auf AMD-V ? Naja wäre egal, denn unten steht nur VT-x, und nachdem sie anscheinend zw. VT-x und AMD-V unterscheiden, AMD-V aber nicht dabei steht, folgt auch hier der Schluss, dass es Intel-only ist. :(
