Gigabyte 7VTXH (KT266A) im Test

Techhard hat sich auf das neue KT266A Mainboard von Gigabyte gestürzt und einem ausgiebigen Test unterzogen. Hier ein kurzer Auszug:

Equipped with VIA KT266A(VT8366A) system controller north bridge, VIA VT8233 V-Link south bridge, Creative CT-5880 sound chip and AC97 Codec, Realtek 8100 10/100Mb LAN chip, Support for PC1600/DDR200 or PC2100/DDR266 DDR memory, Dual BIOS, 2 x 2M bit flash ROM, enhanced ACPI feature for PC98/Win98/Win2000 compliance, Green, PnP, DMI, INT13 (>8.4GB) and Anti-Virus functions the board is really going to splash the market.

The main problem I faced with this motherboard was that when I tried to load another BIOS version from the same manufacture The system was stopped in middle of the process.
