ATI stellt Radeon Xpress 1100 Serie für den Turion 64 X2 vor

Mit der Radeon Xpress 1100 Serie stellt ATI einen AMD Notebook-Chipsatz vor, der die neuen Turion 64 X2 Prozessoren unterstützt und dessen integrierte Grafik bis zu 33% schneller sein soll, als die des Radeon Xpress 200M.

Der Chipsatz wird von Fujitsu-Siemens Computers, Gateway und HP eingesetzt und soll zusätzlich zu der besseren Grafikleistung erweiterte Stromspartechniken besitzen.

Interessanterweise berichtet DailyTech, dass ECS mit dem RS485M-M ein Mainboard mit diesem Chipsatz anbietet, allerdings mit AM2 Sockel.
