FIC AT31 BIOS TBA42

FIC halten für ihr ATI IGP320 Board ein neues BIOS parat.
    1. Support PW LED on V1.4 motherboard.
    2. Fill SSID,SVID on USB,IDE and ACPI device.
    3. Enable AGP fast write.
    4. Correct SYNC mode configurations.
