Soyo K7V Dragon Plus BIOS 2BA5

Soyo hat für das K7V Dragon Plus Mainboard mit VIA KT266A Chipsatz ein neues BIOS released. Folgende Fixes wurden implementiert:
    1. Slove ATI compatibility issue.
    2. Support PC/SC smart card function.
    3. Support 137G HDD.
