Neues BIOS für EPoX EP-8KHA (08/02/2001)

TecCentral hat für das EPoX EP-8KHA (VIA KT266) ein neues BIOS erhalten. Es ist auf 08/02/2001 datiert und beinhaltet folgende Fixes bzw. Neuerungen:

Show DDR SDRAM type (PC1600 & PC2100)

Support DMI edit by DMICFG

Fixed hung up issue when resuming from hibernet using USB keyboard

Remove PhoenixNet features from BIOS

Upgrade Athlon 4 desktop CPU string to "AMD Athlon (tm) MP"

Allerdings ist momentan noch nicht bekannt, ob die Version Beta-Status hat. Daher heißt es erst einmal "Flash at your own risk" ... ;)

Update: Mittlerweile ist das BIOS offiziell.
