Support for New Linux Operating Systems

This release of ATI Catalyst Linux introduces support for the following new operating systems:

• SLED/SLES 11 SP1 early look support

Resolved Issues

• Enabling Hybrid Crossfire™ no longer causes dmesg to report an error after starting X
• Screen no longer turns blank if the other monitor is unplugged in dual-head mode
• [RHEL 5.4 x86_64] Kernel panic no longer occurs during system hibernation with PCI cards
• [PowerXpress] Turning off the discrete card no longer causes the system to report a failure
• 1080i30 and 1080i25 HDTV modes can now be applied for HDMI/DVI/DP displays
• The primary display will now have the correct default resolution when multiple monitors, with different size and resolutions, are connected
• dmseg will no longer report an error during hibernation
• Resuming from sleep no longer causes the display number overlay to become corrupted
