14:11 - Autor: Dr@Das kostenlose Hardware-Überwachungsprogramm SpeedFan ist in der Verion 4.44 erschienen. Mit dem Programm lassen sich Temperatursensoren (CPU, GPU, HDD usw.), S.M.A.R.T.-Werte, Lüfterdrehzahlen und Spannungen auslesen. Teilweise lassen sich auch Lüfterdrehzahlen und Taktraten manuell einstellen.
Speedfan läuft unter Windows ab Windows 98.

- DELL support can change fan speeds, but if the BIOS is overriding it, there is little SpeedFan can do

- more aggressive behaviour setting PWMs (this might help on systems where something else tries to change them)
