Download Realtek High Definition Audio-Codec Treiber 2.29

Realtek hat mit der Version 2.29 ein neues Treiberpaket für seine High Definition Audio-Codecs veröffentlicht. HDA-Soundchips aus Realteks ALC88x Serie sind z.B. auf vielen AM2, aktuellen AM2+ und neuen AM3 Mainboards anzutreffen und bieten 8-Kanal High Definition Sound. Seit der Version 2.25 ist nun auch ein WHQL-Treiber für Microsofts Windows 7 vorhanden. Zudem wurde der HDMI-Treiber aktualisiert, der auf vielen ATI Radeon Grafikkarten für die Sound-Ausgabe am HDMI-Anschluss verantwortlich ist.

Ich habe den Windows XP Treiber (WDM_R229.exe) von drei verschiedenen Realtek Mirrors geladen. 7-Zip meint beim Überprüfen, dass es korrupt wäre.

Das Paket für Windows Vista und das für die Radeon HD Karten ist dagegen intakt. Ich denke es wird deswegen bald ein WDM_229A.exe geben.
