<div class="newsfloatleft"><a href="http://www.amd.com/de/products/Pages/graphics.aspx"><img src="http://www.planet3dnow.de/photoplog/images/54308/1_ATI_Radeon_80x.jpg" alt="AMD ATI Premium Graphics"></a></div>Neben dem monatlich veröffentlichten <a href="http://www.planet3dnow.de/cgi-bin/newspub/viewnews.cgi?id=1280167145">Windows Catalyst Treiber-Update</a> hat AMD auch aktualisierte Linux-Treiber zum Download bereitgestellt. Mit der neuen Version wird erstmals die Nutzung der Multi-Display-Technologie ATI Eyefinity auch auf dem Linux Betriebssystem für Nutzer der ATI Radeon 5000 Familie ermöglicht. Derzeit werden die Distributionen Red Hat Enterprise Linux suite, Novell/SuSE product suite und Ubuntu offiziell unterstützt.
