Im Vergleich zu dem Wahnsinn mit dem die sonst ihre Module betreiben kann man das durchaus schon "Low Power" nennen.Das schafft auch nur OCZ: RAM der 0,15V über der Spezifikation (1,5V) liegt als "Low Voltage RAM" zu bezeichnen.
Nunja, DDR3-RAM mit garantierten 1.5V gibt es zurzeit nicht, das höchste der Gefühle sind 1.5-1.6V.
Dafür, dass sowohl micron als auch Samsung schon DDR3L mit 1.35V vorgestellt haben, ist das aber zuviel.

Das ist gefährliches Halbwissen.
Nanya hat schon länger JEDEC-RAM im Produktkorb -> DDR3 mit 1,5 V Spannung.
Für Endkunden gibt es von Nanya die Marke Elexir, die bei DDR3 ebenso 1,5 V Spannung haben.

als AMD selbst stuft die Low und High Voltage so ein:
1,5-1,7V Low Voltage RAM
1,8-2,05V High Voltage RAM
Warnt aber gleichzeitig das alles über 2V gefährlich ist für den Speicherkontroller in der CPU.
Man sollte die Speicher Spannung eben nicht 0,15V über dem vom (Speicher-) Hersteller laufen lassen!
