Estimado colaborador de Ibercivis,

En primer lugar agradecerte el apoyo continuado que das al proyecto Ibercivis, y gracias al cual estamos obteniendo importantes resultados.
Ahora queremos poner en marcha un experimento un tanto especial: para realizarlo no necesitamos de la potencia de tu ordenador sino un poco de tu tiempo... y de tus amigos.
La aplicación científica, que llamaremos IberNet, tiene como objetivo estudiar el comportamiento de las Redes Sociales Complejas. La idea es configurar con todos los usuarios actuales de Ibercivis y con todos aquellos que podamos invitar, una red lo más amplia posible y que evoluciona en el tiempo.
Este proceso es de un valor inmenso para los científicos, pues estudiando este sistema pueden llegar a comprender muchos fenómenos que ocurren en la sociedad y en la Naturaleza, como por ejmplo la propagación de enfermedades o cuáles son las interdependencias entre todas las partes de una célula del cuerpo humano.
Estos experimentos científicos son difíciles de realizar pues no es simple encontrar comunidades humanas de miles de personas dispuestas a participar en los mismos.
La forma de participar en la investigación es precisamente participando vosotros en primer lugar, y buscando amigos a los que invitéis a participar (si no pertenecen a Ibercivis, en el mismo proceso de apuntarse al concurso, deberán apuntarse a Ibercivis.). Estos a su vez buscarán a otros, etc. de forma que se configura una Red compleja de relaciones.
Además, en reconocimiento a nuestra aportación voluntaria, Ibercivis pone en marcha un nuevo concurso con importantes premios (9 Netbooks, 5 Cámaras, 3 Wiis, 2 PS3, entradas para conciertos...) que se concederán a los que logren más amigos en esta Red de Ibercivis. El concurso comienza el día 10 de Junio y finaliza el 20 de Septiembre.

Dear Collaborator,

In first place, let us thank you for your continued support to Ibercivis project, from which we are obtaining important results.
Now we want to start an experiment a bit special: to make it we do not need the power of your computer but a bit of your own time,... and some of your friends.
The scientific application, that we will call IberNet, has the aim of studying the behaviour of Complex Social Netwoks. The idea is to configure, with all the current Ibercivis users, and all the people that we reach to invite, a network as wide as possible and evolving in time.
This process has a great value for scientists. They can study this system and then they can arrive to understand a lot of phenomena happening in society and Nature, as for instance the propagation of illness, or the interdependencies between all the parts of a human body cell.
These scientific experiments are difficult to perform, as it is not easy to find human communities having thousands of persons ready to participate in them.
The way to collaborate in the research is, precisely, collaborating yourselves in first place, and searching for friends to invite to collaborate in (if they do not belong to Ibercivis, then during the process of registry they will be asked to subscribe to). They, then, will search other friends, etc, so that it will be configured a complex network of relationships.
Besides, acknowledging your volunteered support, Ibercivis starts a new contest with important prizes (9 Netbooks, 5 Cameras, 3 Wiis, 2 PS3, some tickets for concerts...) to be awarded to the persons obtaining (see the rules for details) more friends in this network. The contest starts today June 10th and finishes Sept 20th.

Joar, hab ich auch schon gesehen. Ist meiner Meinung nach aber eher uninteressant, weil man dafür in einem sozialen Netzwerk mitmachen muss (wohl aufgebaut von den Betreibern von Ibercivis) und möglichst viele Freunde einladen muss. Diese Freunde müssen sich, wenn sie bisher nicht bei Ibercivis registriert waren, dort anmelden. So bekommt man natürlich auch eine Menge potenzieller Neu-Cruncher

. Ich vermute mal, dass wenn man da nicht zig Freunde einläd man eh schon keine Chance auf einen Gewinn hat (hab die Regeln diesbezüglich nicht gelesen, man korrigiere mich, wenn ich falsch liege).
