Taipei, Taiwan – March 16 , 2021 – ASRock Rack Inc., specialized in the field of high performance cloud computing server hardware, designed to meet the huge demand for more compute in big data analytics, HPC and cloud computing of entire portfolio of new server solutions fully supports the newly announced high-frequency AMD EPYC™ 7003 Series processors.

The AMD EPYC™ 7003 Series processors is the x86-architecture server processor based on the “Zen 3” core architecture and 7nm technology, bringing breakthrough performance and a new level of performance.

The ASRock Rack has a superior portfolio of systems, offers high-density 2U and 4U servers solutions, 2U4N-F-ROME-M3, delivers high performance and efficiency for today’s high density compute datacenter, colocation, and web hosting applications. Each node features up to four hot-swappable 2.5″ SATA SSD drive bays for exceptional storage capacity, up to 6 standard PCIe® Gen4 slots with the additional OCP mezzanine 3.0 cards.

Moreover, the 4U8G-ROME2/2T and 4U10G-ROME2/2T are interconnected 4‑GPU and 8‑GPU boards as well as 8 PCI‑E based on the four- and eight-way boards. The memory-optimized configuration supports for up to 16+16 DIMM slots and up to 10 dual-slot width PCIe® Gen4 slots in a high-density form factor. Supporting the hot-swap NVMe, and redundant AC/DC power supplies, these features make them ideal for enterprise, cloud, virtualization, and HPC applications. And these two server solutions feature the front access that simplified the maintenance and management, and minimize service down-time meet customers’ demands of compute-intensive workloads.

The new AMD EPYC™ 7003 Series processors were designed to disruptive technology deliver optimized performance, flexibility, and agility to meet today’s datacenter workload demands,” said Weishi Sa, President of ASRock Rack. “With continuous server motherboard and platform innovations featuring new AMD EPYC processors, ASRock Rack helps customers get a new level of integration via building application-optimized solutions with a multitude of configuration possibilities. And we also build the breakthrough performance the benefits for customers’ modern datacenters to achieve cost savings and energy efficiency for modern supercomputing clusters.
