SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) today announ­ced that its Board of Direc­tors appro­ved a new share repurcha­se pro­gram. Under this pro­gram, the com­pa­ny intends to repurcha­se up to $4 bil­li­on of out­stan­ding AMD com­mon stock.
