Neue Firmware behebt Performance-Probleme mit Samsung 840 EVO SSDs

Bereits seit eini­ger Zeit gab es in Foren Berich­te von Anwen­dern, die über selt­sa­me Leis­tungs­ein­brü­che mit ihrer Sam­sung 840 EVO SSD klag­ten. Aus­lö­ser ist offen­bar ein feh­ler­haf­ter Algo­rith­mus in der Firm­ware, der dazu führt, dass auf Daten, die län­ge­re Zeit nicht mehr „bewegt” wur­den, nur noch sehr lang­sam zuge­grif­fen wer­den kann.
