AMD Announces Press Conference at CES 2025

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) today announ­ced that it will be hos­ting a press con­fe­rence as a part of the offi­ci­al CES 2025 Media Days. The press con­fe­rence will take place on Mon­day, Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. PST at the Man­da­lay Bay.

Intel Announces Retirement of CEO Pat Gelsinger

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 2, 2024 – Intel Cor­po­ra­ti­on (NASDAQ: INTC) today announ­ced that CEO Pat Gel­sin­ger reti­red from the com­pa­ny after a distin­gu­is­hed 40-plus-year care­er and has step­ped down from the board of direc­tors, effec­ti­ve Dec. 1, 2024. 

Intel has named two seni­or lea­ders, David Zins­ner and Michel­le (MJ) John­s­ton Holt­haus, as inte­rim co-chief exe­cu­ti­ve offi­cers while the board of direc­tors con­ducts a search for a new CEO. SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMD (NASDAQ:AMD) today announ­ced reve­nue for the fourth quar­ter of 2023 of $6.2 bil­li­on, gross mar­gin of 47%, ope­ra­ting inco­me of $342 mil­li­on, net inco­me of $667 mil­li­on and diluted ear­nings per share of $0.41.
