AMD Reports Third Quarter 2023 Financial Results
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 31, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMD (NASDAQ:AMD) today announced revenue for the third quarter of 2023 of $5.8 billion, gross margin of 47%, operating income of $224 million, net income of $299 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.18. On a non-GAAP(*) basis, gross margin was 51%, operating income was $1.3 billion, net income was $1.1 billion and diluted earnings per share was $0.70.

AMD Reports Second Quarter 2023 Financial Results
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMD (NASDAQ:AMD) today announced revenue for the second quarter of 2023 of $5.4 billion, gross margin of 46%, operating loss of $20 million, net income of $27 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.02. On a non-GAAP(*) basis, gross margin was 50%, operating income was $1.1 billion, net income was $948 million and diluted earnings per share was $0.58.

Pentathlon 2023 gestartet — Planet 3DNow! aktuell auf Platz 3
Heute Nacht ist der 14. Pentathlon seit Bestehen gestartet, bei dem in diesem Jahr 30 Teams aus aller Welt im Distributed Computing miteinander in den Wettstreit gehen. Aktuell läuft die erste Disziplin, der Hindernislauf, der vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag in 2 Wochen durchläuft mit dem Projekt yoyo@home (nur Subprojekte ECM, ECM P2). Bisher sieht es für Planet 3DNow! sehr gut aus, wir stehen auf Platz 3. Allerdings muss das Team auf der Hut sein, denn anders als der Marathon, der gleichförmig einfach durchlief, hält der Hindernislauf ein paar Überraschungen bereit: an drei der 14 Tage gibt es 25%, 50% und 100% Aufschlag auf die errechneten Punkte. AMD Quartalszahlen Q1/2023 mit 5,4 Milliarden Umsatz und einem Verlust
Heute nach Börsenschluss hat AMD die Zahlen des ersten Quartals 2023 bekannt gegeben. Es wurde ein Umsatz von 5,4 Milliarden US-Dollar erzielt und dabei einen Nettoverlust von 139 Millionen US-Dollar erwirtschaftet. Der Verlust pro Aktie lag bei 0,09 US-Dollar (Alle Zahlen nach GAAP). Erwartet hatte AMD einen Umsatz zwischen 5,0 und 5,6 Milliarden US-Dollar. Damit hat AMD erstmals seit dem vierten Quartal 2017 einen Verlust ausweisen müssen, wobei dieser natürlich zu einem großen Teil durch die Abschreibungen auf die Xilinx-Übernahme zustande kommt. GAAP earnings per diluted share for the quarter were $0.57, down 52% from a year ago and up 111% from the previous quarter. Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share were $0.88, down 33% from a year ago and up 52% from the previous quarter.
