GlobalFoundries und AMD legen Zwischenstopp bei 12 nm ein

Mit­te 2016 prä­sen­tier­te AMD mit den Pola­ris-Gra­fik­kar­ten die ers­ten Pro­duk­te im 14-nm-Fin­FET-Her­stel­lungs­ver­fah­ren, in die­sem Jahr mit den Ryzen- und Epyc-Pro­zes­so­ren die ers­ten CPUs.
