Nach­dem die Main­board­her­stel­ler in Form von Asus und MSI bereits früh­zei­tig über aktua­li­sier­te BIOS-Ver­sio­nen für AMD-Main­boards der 300er- und 400er Seri­en für die kom­men­den Pro­zes­so­ren von AMD infor­miert haben, zog ASRock mit einer Ankün­di­gung in die­ser Woche nach und hat am 10.5. auch direkt ein BIOS für das ASRock B450 Steel Legend bereit­ge­stellt, das wohl als Ers­tes die 7‑nm AMD Ryzen Pro­zes­so­ren (“Matis­se”) unterstützt.

Neben eini­gen Sei­ten zu 50 Jah­re AMD, hat man unter ande­rem die Sei­te “2019 AMD Cli­ent Lin­e­up” dahin­ge­hend geän­dert, dass die drit­te Gene­ra­ti­on Ryzen Thre­ad­rip­per (“Cast­le Peak”) ent­we­der nur nicht mehr dar­ge­stellt wird oder sogar gestri­chen wur­de.
